Zona Braza Beach Resort, Mozambique
Zona Braza is an exclusive beach resort, situated between a bird
loving freshwater lake and the Indian Ocean and has an all

available in eight self-catering,
fully serviced “ barraca's ”
and six more self-catering, fully serviced “ casa's". The “barracas” and "casas" are designed to
ensure “cool” natural surroundings and all building materials
were found and made locally. At Zona Braza there are many exciting ways to explore the magic of Africa . A huge diversity of game fish abounds in the Mozambican channel including sailfish, marlin, couta, dorado, tuna and many more. This coastline is also famous for huge Kingfish catches. The best time to visit Mozambique is during the winter months
from April to September although this is an all year round
destination.
Zona Braza is ± 800km from Pretoria/Johannesburg and 280
kilometres north of Maputo.
Passing numerous small towns en route with wonderful names such
as Manhiça, Magul, Macia – you will realise that this is
adventure time. Once you have reached Xai Xai, Zona Braza is just 40 kilometres further on the EN1.
At the sign "ZONA BRAZA " on the main road – turn right to the
final 10km sand road brings you to your destination at Praia de
Chizavane - Beach at Chizavane.
